As a freelance art director, I undertook the revamp of Bain & Co's Career Page. The goal was twofold: to boost traction on the page and to attract a diverse pool of younger talent. Through strategic user interviews, I gained invaluable insights into candidate preferences, informing our approach to create a visually refreshed yet harmoniously consistent design.
The revamped page embraced a palette of consistent colors, complemented by carefully selected photography to resonate with our target audience. The creative process was driven by problem-solving, whether through optimizing design elements or choosing content that would enhance engagement.
The result was a more engaging and inclusive career page that not only attracted diverse talent but also aligned seamlessly with the company's brand identity, driving increased interest and interaction with career opportunities at Bain & Co.
